A Chicago native and vocational multihyphenate, Dr. Nicholas Pearce is committed to creating social impact at the intersection of the academy, the marketplace, and the church. An award-winning organizational behaviorist, trusted executive adviser, and respected Christian faith leader, Dr. Pearce serves as a Clinical Professor of Management & Organizations at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, the founding Pastor of Crosstown Chicago, and the Founder & CEO of The Vocati Group, a boutique organizational development consultancy. He is a celebrated TEDx speaker and the bestselling author of The Purpose Path: A Guide to Pursuing Your Authentic Life’s Work.

Gifted with a shepherd’s heart and a scholar’s mind, Dr. Nicholas Pearce is the founding senior pastor of Crosstown Chicago. Recognized by The Christian Outlook as one of “Today’s Joshuas,” he was baptized at age six, called to the ministry at the age of seven, and entered public ministry at age 17 under the tutelage of his spiritual father, the legendary Bishop Arthur M. Brazier. God has used Dr. Pearce to touch tens of thousands of lives across cultural, generational, and denominational boundaries as a preacher, teacher, conference speaker, and leadership developer.
